Every client's brand, one workspace

Give each client a profile with its own brand kit, accounts and bio page. Your team works inside it, and posts go out from one calendar per client.

Teams holds 10 client profiles and 100 social accounts for $185 a month. Smaller rosters start on Creator.

Agencies and social media managers

Example bio page for Casa Linho: Linen basics, made in São Paulo. Buttons: Shop the new collection and Chat on WhatsApp. Below them, the profile's latest posts and the latest blog post, “Three ways to wear a linen shirt”.

Sell your collection

Ten clients, ten logins and a spreadsheet nobody trusts

Each client has its own colours, its own voice and its own passwords. The calendar lives in a shared sheet, someone posts the salon's promo on the gym's account, and Friday goes to fixing it.

Your digital presence doesn't have to be this fragmented

LookMyBio brings the whole flow into one platform, so you produce in a more organized way and stay in control of what gets published.

How a client gets set up

  1. Add the client as a profile

Scan their website for a brand kit, connect their accounts and give the profile a bio page.

  2. Invite the team

Add colleagues to the profiles they handle, each with a role: admin, editor and viewer.

  3. Produce and schedule in batches

Make the month's images and captions in the client's look and lay them out on that client's calendar.

A brand kit for every client

Each profile runs its own brand scan and keeps its own palette (10 colours at most) and content themes (6 at most). Whatever the team makes for that client starts from its kit, not from the last client's.

  • Brand kits never mix between profiles

The Brand Kit page in the app, filled in for Casa Linho, a linen clothing shop: identity, colours, fonts, voice, audience and quick wins. Then the bio page editor, with the page drawn in the colours the kit found.

A month of posts in one sitting

Teams adds 15,000 AI credits a month for images, video and captions, and no monthly cap on scheduled posts. Turn a client's blog post or video into a carousel with link to post.

  • Creator: 4,000 credits and no monthly cap on scheduled posts

The AI posts page in the app: a YouTube link pasted as the source, the video's card, Carousel suggested as the format and what reading it costs. Then the same post finished: every step done and the carousel's slides in Marina Vale's brand, with its caption, ready to publish.

Your team, with the right access

Team members start on Creator. Creator allows 2 team members per profile; Teams has no limit on team members. A viewer can look without touching, an editor makes posts and an admin manages the profile.

  • There is no approval step yet: anyone who can post, posts

The Socials page in the app for Atelier Rosa, a hair salon: its connected accounts, this week's posts and the Create button. Then the New post composer with a reel for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, its caption, and Instagram's "Made with AI" label switched on.

A bio page per client

Every profile comes with its own bio page at its own address, with a theme that starts from that client's brand kit.

  • The pages carry LookMyBio's name; there is no white-label option

Example bio page for Navalha Club: Cuts, beards and good conversation. Buttons: Book a cut and Prices and services. Below them, the profile's latest posts and the latest blog post, “How often should you trim your beard?”.

Questions from agencies

What agencies ask before moving their clients over.

10 profiles, one per client, and 100 connected social accounts across them, with no monthly cap on scheduled posts.

Yes, from Creator. Invite them to that client's profile as admin, editor and viewer. Teams has no limit on team members.

Yes. Brand kit, connected accounts, bio page and calendar all belong to the profile, so nothing leaks from one client to another.

Credits sit in one monthly balance on your account, 15,000 on Teams. From a client's team page you can set some aside for that profile; when those run out, it draws from the main balance.

Not yet. Give a client the viewer role so they can see what is scheduled, and agree on changes with them before the date.
