Your shop can look as good online as it does in person

Give LookMyBio your website and it sets up your colours, fonts and voice, then makes posts in that look. You approve them, schedule the week and get back to the counter.

Your brand kit is built when you sign up. Publishing and scheduling start on Starter, at $27 a month.

Example bio page for Navalha Club: Cuts, beards and good conversation. Buttons: Book a cut and Prices and services. Below them, the profile's latest posts and the latest blog post, “How often should you trim your beard?”.

Book appointments

Posting is the task that waits until after closing

You open up, serve, restock and do the books. The feed comes last, so it goes quiet for weeks, and then you post three things in one night and promise yourself to be more regular.

Your digital presence doesn't have to be this fragmented

LookMyBio brings the whole flow into one platform, so you produce in a more organized way and stay in control of what gets published.

How a week gets done

  1. Point it at your shop

Paste your website, or describe the business in a few lines if you have no site. The scan drafts a brand kit: logo, colours, fonts and the way you talk to customers.

  2. Make the week's posts

Ask for a promotion, a new arrival or a short clip in that look. The pictures and captions come out matching the shop, not a stock template.

  3. Schedule and walk away

Choose the accounts and the hours once. Everything goes out on time while you are with a customer.

A brand kit read from your own site

The scan keeps up to 10 brand colours, your fonts and a short guide to your tone. Every image and caption the AI makes afterwards starts from that kit, so a Tuesday promo and a Saturday reminder look like the same shop.

  • Available from the Starter plan
  • It reads only the site you give it; it does not go looking for you online

The Brand Kit page in the app, filled in for Casa Linho, a linen clothing shop: identity, colours, fonts, voice, audience and quick wins. Then the bio page editor, with the page drawn in the colours the kit found.

Promotions, pictures and short clips in your look

Say what is happening, such as a new autumn collection or two open slots on Thursday, and AI Studio makes the picture or the video in your colours. Each one is paid in credits: 1,500 a month on Starter, 4,000 on Creator.

  • From Creator, paste a product page and get back a carousel with its caption
  • Asking for another version uses credits again

The AI Studio page in the app: the prompt bar moving through image, video and 3D with each model and its credit quote, above the gallery of recent media, an image for each business on this page, a video and a 3D model.

Instagram and your Facebook Page on one calendar

Connect the accounts your customers follow and fill a whole week in one sitting. You can publish to Instagram, Facebook (Pages only), X, TikTok (videos only), LinkedIn (personal profiles only) and YouTube (videos only).

  • Instagram and a Facebook Page take one account slot each
  • Starter: 2 accounts and 30 scheduled posts a month. Creator: 10 accounts and no monthly cap on scheduled posts
  • A post sent to two accounts is counted twice

The Socials page in the app for Atelier Rosa, a hair salon: its connected accounts, this week's posts and the Create button. Then the New post composer with a reel for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, its caption, and Instagram's "Made with AI" label switched on.

A bio page that opens a WhatsApp chat

The link in your profile leads to a page with your WhatsApp, your booking tool and your address. On Starter it holds as many links as you need.

  • It links to your store or booking system; it takes no payments itself
  • Visits and clicks from Starter

Example bio page for Casa Linho: Linen basics, made in São Paulo. Buttons: Shop the new collection and Chat on WhatsApp. Below them, the profile's latest posts and the latest blog post, “Three ways to wear a linen shirt”.

FAQ

Questions from shop owners

What shop and salon owners ask before they hand over the posting.

They start from your brand kit, so the colours, fonts and tone match the shop from the first draft. You pick which ones go out and can ask for another take on any of them.

Yes, from Starter. Tick both accounts in the composer and the post goes to each one. That uses two account slots and counts as two scheduled posts.

That depends on what the agency does for you. LookMyBio makes the posts and sends them on time; it does not plan campaigns or talk to your customers. Plans start at $27 a month, so put that next to the quote you have.

Yes. Add a link block with your WhatsApp number on any plan, or put a WhatsApp icon in the social icons block from Starter.

No. LookMyBio publishes to Instagram, Facebook (Pages only), X, TikTok (videos only), LinkedIn (personal profiles only) and YouTube (videos only). Your Google listing stays where you manage it today.

Give the feed one hour on Monday, not every evening

Set up the brand kit, schedule the week and let the posts go out while the shop is open.
